One of my favorite messages to get is, “Hi, we’re interested in booking WD-HAN at a festival to support local artists!” Now, of course it’s great to get an email with a booking. Even better when it’s a festival. But my favorite part about the email is ‘support local artists’.
So when I got the message from the team at South of Southern, I knew we’d be involved. They set up a fantastic event celebrating life in the tropics and shining the spotlight on some of the Bay area’s most talented artists. There was live music, visual art installations and culinary delights.
We got to share the stage with some of our favorite acts in the area, including Dynasty, The Real Clash, Infinite Eights and so many more.
We had a blast closing out the night and would be honored to appear again!
